George Lopez Suggest He’d Kill Trump For Bounty Money

Shortly after Iran issued an $80 million bounty for President Trump’s head, “comedian” George Lopez commented on Instagram that, “We’ll do it for half.”

“George Lopez just said he’d assassinate President Trump for half of the $80 million dollar bounty. @SecretService should take a look at this. The Left is sick,” tweeted conservative Ryan Fournier.

Check out what Newsweek reported:

The 58-year-old comic wrote, “We’ll do it for half,” responding to an Instagram post about the purported bounty, which was suggested at a funeral procession for Iranian general Qassem Soleimani on Sunday. Soleimani was killed in a U.S. airstrike Friday.

A eulogist at the procession, broadcast live on Iran’s state-owned Channel One television network, apparently called for the $80 million bounty while addressing crowds in the city of Mashhad. “We are 80 million Iranians. If each one of us puts aside one American dollar, we will have 80 million American dollars, and we will reward anyone who brings us [Trump]’s head with that amount,” the unidentified man said.

There is no indication the bounty is endorsed by the Iranian government or Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

Lopez’s comment came after @chicanoworldstar posted to instagram about the bounty. The post said: “#Iranian authorities have put a bounty on American President Donald Trump’s head during the televised funeral of General #QasemSoleimani after he was assassinated last week. What are your thoughts?”

Lopez replied: “We’ll do it for half.”

Republican Rep. Steve Scalise has a message for people like Lopez. During an interview on Fox News on Saturday, Scalise unleashed on anti-American Democrats after they have shown more support for the terrorist regime of Iran than they have shown for the United States of America.

The Republican representative scolded these Democrats, saying that they are “going to have to look at a mirror and say, whose side are you on if you can question something that actually makes America safer?”

Scalise stated: “Any responsible commander-in-chief would have done the same thing, but President Trump’s the one who did it, and I’m glad that the president had the fortitude to say we’re going to put America first. We’re going to protect America and our allies around the world by doing this. And you know, if somebody wants to criticize him for it, I think they’re going to have to look at a mirror and say, whose side are you on if you can question something that actually makes America safer?”
